Room Cancellation Policy

Peak dates: Cancellation / amendment of confirmed booking is NOT allowed between 21st Dec till 5th January. (Both dates included)

• Any amendment / cancellation done up to 30 days Prior to the check in date will not attract any retention charges.
• Any amendment / cancellation done in between 30 days to 14 days prior to the check in date will be charged 50% of total package value as retention charges.
• Any amendment / cancellation done in less than 14 days of arrival date will be charged 100% of total package value as retention charges
